On or about October 27, 2025, Volusia County will request HUD’s release of funds to support the Lakewood Senior Housing Project—a four-story, 56-unit senior housing complex at 1300 Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach, FL. The County has determined the project poses no significant environmental impact.
Submit written comments by October 26, 2025, to the Volusia County Office of Recovery and Resiliency to have your input considered before the request is finalized. Objections to the release of funds may be emailed to CPDRROFJKV@hud.gov.
